In our last fixture on a sunny October afternoon we were entertained by Hertford Bowls Club. They made us very welcome and treated us to homemade cuisine of the highest standard. A big ask as there were 48 bowlers and visitors to feed.
There was a friendly atmosphere around the rinks as we played our 21 ends.
Hertford Castle ending up winning by 20 shots.
